It’s very difficult to get approvals for new ipos...

Ah didn't know that, thanks for letting me know. I thought the exchange was set up to allow loss making companies to get a listing. So I had sort of lazily assumed that would not be a problem. And now it appears companies need to turn a profit.

transactions indicate much interest in u.s. oil, for the world's largest swing producer. opec+ usually under delivers targets. probably much too early to worry about yearly overproduction, as demand is stable.
