Trading for 5-6x earnings

I have found a European specialty pharma service provider for about 5-6x earnings. ROITC is 30% and the stock seems to have slowly sold off over the past few years, losing about 70% of its value from its highs in 2021. Average daily trading volume is about €500k euro’s. Pushing this out a bit more quickly since the stock has started running already.
