Euro company with improving fundamentals at 6-7.5x PE

This is a quick one, a European stock, growing earnings, solid balance sheet trading at about 6-7.5x earnings and growing. No real catalysts on the horizon other than that it is cheap. Dividend yield of about 4%, which I think could go higher as company generates more FCF. ROE is 30%.
