Wouldn’t the real risk to Rightmove be a new AI native startup using LLMs? I.e a new specialist. If the network ports across due to a) incentive (agents want to) and b) consumer trial in this viral moment. This note is helpful: https://www.danhock.co/p/llms-vs-marketplaces

I dont think the tech was a bottleneck at all. It was getting an audience. In theory Google should have killed this business already, but they didn't for some reason.
